Refund policy
We have a 30-day return / exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return / exchange. To be eligible for a return / exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, uninstalled, and unmodified.
You will be responsible for the postage on items returned for change of mind or incorrect item purchases, and refunds will not include the cost of the original postage to you. A restock fee of 10% applies.
In the event of a return, any applied discounts will be consumed before refunds are processed.
To start a return / exchange, you can contact us at contact@vdladelaide.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll respond with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns must be received within 30 days of acceptance. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Prepaid Duties, Taxes & Fees
International pre-paid import duties, taxes & fees are unable to be recovered and will not be refunded in any circumstances.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including electrical items / modules, programmable control units, seat belts, airbags and items for pre-1990s vehicles. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been installed in a vehicle or modified by any person who is not suitably qualified and experienced for the specific application. You will be required to provide evidence of who any installation was carried out by.
Cancellations
Cancellations for change of mind may be subject to a 10% restock fee. This fee will be applicable if processing of the order has commenced. For orders which have not been processed, the transaction fees incurred will not be refunded. Orders placed with in-store collection which have not been collected within 90 calendar days will be cancelled and refunds will NOT be provided.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Special Orders
Items ordered from our external suppliers to fill your order are considered 'special orders.' Once placed, special orders can not be cancelled or amended. Change of mind returns are not accepted for special order items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to.
