Shipping policy

Shipping may be via Australia Post or domestic / international courier service, depending on the item and services available.

The cost of shipping to your location will be calculated at checkout. Please contact us if shipping to your location is not automatically calculating and we will assist. Calculated shipping rates are provided by third parties. Should discrepancies exist between the rate shown and the actual rate, we reserve the right to request additional shipping charges or cancel the order.

Subject to known issues and delays in postage or courier services, your item may be sent using a different carrier than selected at the checkout. In these circumstances, your item will be sent using a carrier with similar estimated transit times to the carrier selected at the checkout.

Please note that we are unable to influence shipping times and delays, however we are committed to working with our shipping partners to resolve any delivery issues. Please contact us if you require shipping support.

International Buyers - please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges aren’t included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and differ considerably based on your location. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Items returned due to non-payment of customs duties and/or import taxes will NOT be refunded.

Where duties, taxes & fees are prepaid with your order, these charges are non-refundable.

United States Buyers: All orders to the United States will require pre-payment of tariffs. Tariffs are NOT included in our online prices. An order amendment will be sent to you for payment of the tariffs prior to sending.

Shipping estimates are subject to change based on carriers charges and are only valid until the end of each month.

International Freight - For large international freight such as engines, gearboxes and vehicle body panels, we offer sea or air transport options. There are two options in regards to the inclusions in the delivery service, known as Incoterms - aka Trade Terms which tell the parties what to do with respect to carriage of the goods from buyer to seller, and export & import clearance. In Store Collection / Pickup: In store collection is available from 2-4 Waverley Avenue Edwardstown SA Australia. Collection times are shown at the bottom of the screen and are subject to change. Items collected in store do not include packaging. Orders are usually ready within 2 business hours of your order. Our team will contact you when your item is ready for collection.
